What is SPF?
SPF is an email authentication protocol that allows recipients of an email to check that the email has been sent from a server authorised by the administrator of that email domain. Having SPF in place prevents cybercriminals from spoofing email addresses belonging to other organisations or individuals (also known as email spoofing).
If your email domain is your own (i.e., you do not use free email services such as Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook, follow the recommendations in our "Email security" section to configure SPF for your corporate email domain.
On the other hand, if you use a free email service (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) because you do not have your own email domain, the SPF scan result will be affected and you will not be able to configure its security.
Please find here our tutorial to configure SPF.
