I cannot connect to an external online service

Cyber Guardian's browsing protection protects you by filtering all browsing traffic and it is therefore normal for the public IP address used to connect to the Internet to be replaced by another one.

This is not a problem for 99% of online services, but it is possible that the provider of the service to which you are trying to connect is protecting communications by limiting incoming/outgoing traffic to a list of public IPs pre-agreed with your company.

If this is the case, ask your online service provider to accept incoming/outgoing traffic from the following IP ranges:

• 163.116.128.0/17

• 162.10.0.0/17
