What are the device and navigation protections' status?

Device and navigation protections may be found in the following status on each device:

Protection status	Meaning	Recommendation
Syncronizing	Cyber Guardian platform is waiting for information from this device about the installation and/or registration of this protection.	If status remains 'syncronizing' after a few hours, please check if the installation on the computer has been completed correctly or if the computer may have blocked communications to *.crowdstrike.com and *.goskope.com. If you need assistance, please contact our support team at support@cyberguardian.tech.
Active	Protection installed on the device. This protection has shown activity in the last 14 days.	It is correct. No action is necessary.
Disconnected	Protection installed on the device, but no activity has been received from this protection for more than 14 days.	The device may be turned off. This may be normal. Check if the related employee could be on vacation.
Uninstalled	The related protection hasn't been installed yet.	Install the related protection when possible.
N/A	N/A will be displayed only for navigation protection when the device is a server or mobile iOS / Android since navigation protection is not installed on these devices.	It is correct. No action is necessary
