I cannot connect to a VPN, how can I fix it?

Cyber Guardian's browsing protection protects you by filtering SSL traffic and it is therefore normal for the SSL certificate with which you browse the Internet to be replaced.

This is not a problem with most of the most popular commercial VPNs as navigation protection exempts SSL traffic from them to avoid connection problems as a result of certificate replacement.

However, it is possible that certain proprietary or non-commercial VPNs may need to be manually exempted from Cyber Guardian support.

If you have connection problems with a particular VPN, please contact support, tell us about your case and provide us with the domain to which the VPN connects. You can find out this domain by clicking on "View certificate" in the VPN connection window. This domain will appear in the "Issued for" section of the certificate window.
